That’s why from day one, we’ve committed a minimum of 10% of revenue — as well as ongoing company efforts — in support of organizations working to advance social progress for women and dismantle the barriers that stand in our way.
But we know real change doesn’t happen in isolation. Parity for Good is more than a commitment — it’s a community. A space to come together, amplify each other’s efforts, and build the future we’ve all imagined.

WOMEN’S HEALTH
OUR FOCUS: MATERNAL & REPRODUCTIVE HEALTHCARE, WOMEN’S HEALTH RESEARCH
Access to safe and equitable healthcare is a fundamental human right. Yet today, a growing number of women do not have access to either. We champion efforts to improve maternal healthcare outcomes, protect and expand reproductive healthcare access, and support medical research that prioritizes women’s health.

MOMS & FAMILIES
OUR FOCUS: PAID FAMILY LEAVE & AFFORDABLE CHILDCARE
We know that women disproportionately shoulder caretaking responsibilities. Without guaranteed paid leave or affordable childcare, that often comes at the cost of their own financial stability. We support advocacy for a federal paid leave policy and increased access to affordable childcare and caregiving solutions.
GUN VIOLENCE PREVENTION
OUR FOCUS: ENDING MASS SHOOTINGS, COMMON-SENSE GUN REFORM
We know that gun violence disproportionately impacts women, children, and marginalized communities. We support efforts to implement common-sense gun laws including restrictions on firearms that pose a heightened risk to public safety. We advocate for policies that protect families, prevent domestic violence-related gun deaths, and ensure safer schools and communities.
CIVIC ENGAGEMENT &
REPRESENTATION
OUR FOCUS: VOTER MOBILIZATION & POLITICAL REPRESENTATION
If we want our government to reflect the people it represents, we need to get more political power into the hands of women. We are committed to changing that by supporting efforts to elect more women at all levels of government. We also champion voter mobilization efforts to encourage every eligible voter to participate in our democracy.

We identify and support nonprofit organizations dedicated to work that aligns with our core pillars of women’s health, paid leave and caregiving, common sense gun reform, and civic engagement.

We advocate for policy change, in partnership with nonprofit partners and other industry leaders, to advance social progress around the issues that negatively impact women’s lives.
